Emily has helped us with drop in visits for our cat Shadow three times now, and even at the last minute. She is great about tasks like food, water, and litter changing but also gives us daily updates, photos and most importantly has developed a real connection with Shadow, which puts us all at ease when we’re away. Emily is a very pet friendly person. She took the time to come to house and learn about Baileys needs and preferences and was timely, helped me figure out Ro er process and successfully accomplished visit while we were away and followed up. Recommend her.

Emily was great from the start. She requested a quick in-person meet with Shadow to get acquainted and to see the layout of the house, where the food, litter, etc are kept and this went a long way towards ensuring my family was comfortable with someone new taking care of our pet. She was so timely and thorough with her updates and sent along pictures daily which we really appreciated. We’ll be calling Emily again, you should do the same!

Great communication and very understanding and kind towards my aggressive cat. Went above and beyond even though my cat did not make it easy on her!
