I think it’s important to know a dogs age and if they have any special needs or health problems that require specific care. Also I like to know dogs personalities and how they do around new people like my self. I love to know their favorite things too so I can provide them with it during my care!
A typical day
I love giving attention and pets to dogs so any dog I watch will receive lots of it! I enjoy going on walks and making sure dogs get their exercise in. I also enjoy playing fetch with dogs too. I also like to slip in some treats to dogs as well

Pet care experience
I’ve been animal sitting for about 5 years. I love all animals. I care for them just as their owner would. I watched puppies, big dogs, cats, ferrets, and even chickens! I can care for just about anything you ask for! I have my own dog who is about 11 years old and she’s my everything! I’m currently involved with sports at the university of Delaware. I have conditioning from 9 am - 10 am tuesday-thursday. Besides that I’m free whenever needed! When coming to your home I’ll check up on the animals every 2-3 hours making sure they are taken on walks, given pets, have enough food/water, and the attention they need while their owner is gone. If any animal has specific or special treatment needed i’ll will do so!

Emily was great. Cora and Bart enjoyed being with her.
Emily stopped by the house when we weren’t around to take Spartacus for a walk. She was wonderful with him, got him out of his crate and took him around being mindful of his injured paw. Then when she got back, put him back in his crate with no problem.
Spartacus was very comfortable with Emily and she was very attentive to him. Definitely using her services again!
Grateful for Emily while we’re away from our pup!
