I’m currently employed “on call” at a local establishment, so my schedule has many gaps. Over my summer break from college, I have lots of free time. I really enjoy walking my neighborhood and getting my steps in during my free days. Being a dog owner myself, I know how lonely and uncomfortable pets can be cooped up in the house all day during the hot summer months. I’d be more than happy to bring your pets out for a walk with me and give them love for when you arrive home.

Please let me know ahead of time how your dog reacts around others dogs, animals, and people. Is there a special routine you would like me to stick to during the walk? (ex: special leash, treats, routine, walking pattern)
A typical day
I love to take leisurely walks at a comfortable pace everyday, which is a perfect form of light exercise for your dog. If your dog is more on the energetic side, I also love to play fetch. My walks usually take place in the calmer, quieter areas of my neighborhood, but I am within a 40 minute walk of Juniper Valley Park. I would be willing to accommodate whatever length or intensity of walk that your dog needs.

Pet care experience
I’ve had pets around since I was born. As soon as I was old enough, I was always in charge of simple responsibilities like feeding, walking, and playing with my dogs. The years that I’ve spent growing up around animals has helped me anticipate how they will behave in response to certain interactions. Those experiences have allowed me to adapt to take the best and most comfortable care of every animal I encounter.
