My first time using Cat in a Flat and Emily made it a great experience. She was super communicative and friendly, competative prices and sent us loads of pictures of our cat while we were away. Our kitty seemed super happy and spent most of the time on Emily's lap during the visits! Will definitely be using Emily again.

Emily was a star in looking after my two boys. Done me a massive favour popping to collect my pet shop order when the dry food was running low thanks so much for that! Very kind and good communication. From what I saw cats felt happy with her 🥰

Emily was fabulous as ever, making sure our cat was so well cared for. She spent time every day playing with her and kept us informed with lots of photos and updates and took unsolicited mouse gifts in her stride! I wouldn't trust our cat with anyone else. Thanks Emily!
