I currently do pet sitting full time, so my schedule tends to fill up quickly, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons. To give your pet the best care possible, I’d love to know a few things before our stay: • Do they have a history of biting or any signs of aggression (food guarding, leash reactivity, etc.)? • Are there any behavior quirks or fears (like vacuums, fireworks, strangers, etc.)? • Do they take any medication or have health issues I should be aware of? • What’s their daily routine? (Feeding times, walks, potty schedule, bedtime) • Are there any commands they know or training you’re reinforcing? • Do they get along with other pets? Any off-limit areas in the home? • Favorite toys, treats, or comfort items? • Are they crate trained, or do they free roam? No detail is too small, it’s my job to help your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Please feel free to share anything that helps me stick to their routine and give them the best care while you’re away!
A typical day
I love to go out for walks with the dogs I watch! Playing fetch, practicing tricks, and giving plenty of snuggles and pats are a few of my favorite activities to do with the dogs I watch!

Hi, I’m Emily, a lifelong animal lover and trusted pet sitter based in Simi Valley, CA. I’ve been caring for animals since I was 12 years old, I starting with my brother’s two puppies and eventually helping my older sister with pet sitting visits. Since then, I’ve turned that passion into my full time work! I have experience with all ages and breeds, from shy rescues, to high energy puppies, to senior dogs who need a little extra care. Whether it’s daily check ins, medication, or simply offering comfort while their humans are away, I care for every pet as if they were my own. Clients often compliment my communication, reliability, and the way their pets instantly warm up to me. I’ll always send updates and photos to give you peace of mind. My goal is to make your time away as stress free as possible for both you and your pets!

My rescue dog struggles with trusting people and when I contacted Emily about it she was so nice and gentle about her approach to meeting Shae. Ever since the meet and greet she was patient and loving and my dog ended up warming up to her in just a couple of visits. It is really hard to find someone who is truly caring and understanding of fearful dogs. She was also very accommodating to our needs, Thank you, Emily!
Emily took very good care of our Shih Tzu Bentley. She sent us photos and updates of how Bentley was doing. Emily left our house spotless.
Emily is always so nice and patient w my Rocky very thankful for her!
