I am a full time student at SOU as well as an athlete so I will need to work around my class and practice schedule however, I scheduled classes to give me a little morning time and have evenings free! Periodic check-ins Monday-Thursday work best, staying full time at ones house works best Friday-Monday morning.

While I can’t take in pets as I live in the dorms at SOU, I can carve out time to come meet the client and pets before the trip if that would give a sense of comfort, learn about the home and such. I am comfortable giving oral medicines to stubborn dogs, I have one myself! I have worked in houses that have cameras and/or pet cameras in and out of the house so I am comfortable with that too!

Knowing how old the dog may be as well as any medications and times medications need to be administered so I can better prepare visits.
A typical day
I LOVE playing fetch with dogs as well as taking them on walks! I know games to play with their dinners and snacks with at home objects to stimulate pets mentally.

Pet care experience
I’ve watched all kinds of dogs from puppies to the oldest of fellas. Some have had strict diets and medications that needed to be taken at specific times. I always make sure to give dogs plenty of exercise especially if they are crate trained, just get them tuckered out before needing to be put away for the night. House rules are always respected as well, your house is just as important as your dog!

Emily watched my dogs for a month when I was out of the country. I have 2 dogs Daisy and Stella, Daisy being a highly anxious medium dog who gets extremely nervous when we are not home. Stella is an older dog who gets food aggressive sometimes. Daisy had a few accidents of throwing up on the carpet and when we can home everything was very clean and spotless. She was great with both of the dogs and helping out with feeding time and keeping them separated. She sent us pictures of the dogs and kept us updated. I would highly recommend her for pet services!
The best pet sitter! She has done housesitting and pet sitting for us and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She always takes time to play with our dogs and make sure they have adequate time to go out and to eat. The dogs always seem happy when we get home. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
