I’d be happy to house sit with pets as needed! I work full-time during the week so if your pet needs round-the-clock care I may not be the best fit! Let me know how to best care for your pets, my job is to accommodate them as best I can while you are away!

My priority is to take care of your pets the way that you see fit for them. My dog and cat are very accustomed to their own schedules, so I understand how important their routines are! At home, I feed my dog twice a day and I feed my cat whenever he asks :). My dog likes to go out at least 3 times a day, but as she has gotten older she has needed more frequent bathroom breaks. I understand dogs have more strict schedules and I’m happy to abide by whatever works for them!

Let me know if your pets have anything in particular that scares them or makes them uncomfortable. For example if your cat doesn’t like being held or if your dog does not like loud noises. I’m happy to accommodate whatever makes the pet comfortable and happy!

I love to play with cats using cat toys to help them feel enriched and not bored during the day. Anything that helps them satisfy that hunting instinct will keep them entertained! For dogs, I’d love to go for long walks or hang out in the backyard and throw a ball around for them!

I have a cat and a dog of my own and have pet sat for family friends multiple times. I’ve cared for multiple cats, elderly and sick dogs, and playful puppies. I have also volunteered at the RSPCA and the CASPCA, mostly caring for and fostering cats but I have also done dog feeding and walking shifts. I love all pets and since I’m a student away from my pets at home I’d love to take care of some animals! I’m also aware that as you are away from your pets you will want to come home to a clean home that looks better than you left it, so I try to prioritize taking care of the owner’s home while I’m house sitting!

Emily was great! Our dog tends to get anxious when we're away, but was very content with Emily staying at our house. I highly recommend her and would love to use her again the next time we travel!
Our go to for cat sitting!
Emily could not have done a better job! With her I knew my high energy 1 year old pup and chatty cat were in great hands. She sent me pictures / videos while we're were out of town and blurbs about their day periodically! Knowing our pets were well taken care of and in our own home meant so much to us.
Emily did a great job taking care of Edwin. He seemed very content from the many pictures she forwarded and did a great job making sure he took all of his medications. I highly recommend her and I'm sure your dog will also bond with her.
