*** I will be out of Sioux City from June 2025 until March 2026 BUT I would be able to come back on weekends for pet sitting so please reach out and ask!!!*** I have been around dogs my entire life and been watching them solo since the day I turned 18! I wacth my parents and siblings dogs when they go out of town. I’m experienced with pets that have special dietary needs, like my sister's dog who has pancreas issues and can't eat treats or people food. I’m careful to follow strict feeding schedules and ensure pets stick to their specific diets to keep them feeling their best. I have also been responsible for administering pill medicine to my parents dogs daily and ensure that they are able to consume them safely. I have been walking my parents small dogs since they were little, and have recently had experience walking larger dogs such as a great Pyrenees and a husky boarder collie mix with no issues thus far. I have also watched family friends dogs from time to time and I take care in noting if something changes with their pets and informing the owners of such. Finally, one dog I care, as well as my parents dogs, are getting older and occasionally have accidents in the house, but it has never been an issue for me to clean up the area.

Safety, trust & environment
When I care for other peoples pets, I spend the first 20 or so minutes with them taking them outside/on a walk or tending to their bathroom needs. After that, I make sure they have water available, food if they free feed and make sure their living space/crate looks in order. If its a younger animal, I also spend time playing with them and trying to burn some of their energy. In between and after everything, I give lots of love and pets as long as they are comfortable with it!

Emilee is the best pet sitter we have had. She sent daily pictures and updates. My dogs loved her and missed her when she left. I would 100% have her pet sitter again. Very trustworthy and cares about how much we love our dogs.
Emilee was absolutely brilliant with my little guy! She cared for him with extra care and love. She left an adorable Puppy Report Card and sweetly left h I m a new toy! She showed my home the upmost respect and went out of her way to insure my homecoming was easy after a serious surgery. I give her all the stars and flowers! She is a gem💕

Schedule
Currently, I am studying for my physical therapy board exam so I do not have a ton going on- just studying from 8-2pm each day but that is flexible and I am available!
