Emilee was very nice and I want to preface that she did warn me that her work schedule can get long, and she has some home obligations might need to be attended to. But I was really disappointed, overall, from our experience, I dont feel she is fit for overnight boarding/ longterm house sitting. We communicated ahead of the trip and she knew our expectations was that we wanted someone spending the night in order to give the attention we felt our pup desired. After finding that she didnt spend one of the first nights at the house we communicated, I re-established our expectation about spending the night, I even offered to have our neighbors help out if she would just communicate with me. She was very respectful and I thought we were on the right track. Unfortunately, there were several other times after that where our pets were unattended for 12-16 hours, popping in and leaving again. This could be fine for some people if you just need to make sure they were fed and let out but that was not the expectation I had communicated.

Emily was lovely to work with! She kept me updated on my kitties, made adjustments to their care based on need. She gave them lots of love. She is an excellent communicator and we would love to have her watch our kitties again!

Schedule
I work full-time during the week at an animal hospital, but I’m fully available on weekends and weeknights after work (I typically get off around 5:30 PM). I also have one day off during the week that I dedicate entirely to caring for your pets. When I’m house sitting, I’m able to stay with your pets for most of the day and overnight, and on the days I do work, I always return afterward. Your pets will receive my full attention, including walks, feedings, and plenty of love and care while you’re away.
