I began by independently fostering a pregnant cat who I rescued from the streets, providing housing and care throughout her pregnancy and raising her kittens to ensure their health and development. This experience led me to a role at an animal rescue, where I worked for approximately a year caring for rescue cats and dogs, managing all aspects of their care. A key part of this work involved confidence building, to ensure good quality of life. Consistent handling to help the animals feel secure and settle into their new environment.
