Caring for animals isn’t just something I do it’s something I’ve spent my entire life around. I grew up helping care for foster dogs and cats on my grandmother’s farm, where I gained early experience with everything from bottle fed kittens to energetic working dogs. Today, I combine that lifelong passion with professional pet care experience through Rover, animal shelter volunteering, and hands on work alongside a local dog trainer. I’ve cared for pets with a wide variety of personalities and needs, including puppies, seniors, rescue animals, high energy breeds, and mildly reactive dogs. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt to each animal as an individual. Some pets want a hiking buddy, some want a patient friend, and some simply want someone who understands their routine. I pride myself on building trust quickly and creating a calm, positive experience for every pet I meet. When your pet is with me, they’re not just being watched they’re being genuinely cared for by someone who understands animal behavior, values safety, and truly loves what she does.

Safety is always my top priority. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, triggers, and individual needs so I can provide care that’s both safe and stress free. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, high energy breeds, rescue animals, and mildly reactive dogs, and I always approach new pets with patience, awareness, and respect. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the animals and the home as if they were my own. I understand that you’re trusting me with two of your most valuable things your pet and your peace of mind. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Good things, very professional at the start. Dogs are healthy and ok which is the most important thing. But I have to be honest because this is not what I expected from a house sitter. She did not pick up any dog poop that happened while she was there. I always pick up immediately because the dogs constantly run in and out of the house and I do not want poop paws on my carpet. Only sent one update for 4 days of house sitting. Did not notify me of when she was leaving at the end of her house sitting. I bought snacks & drinks specifically for her, but she ate and drank my personal food and drinks. She wore my shoes going out to hang with a friend who picked her up from my house. The shoes are white and they were left dirty. Also she was secretly carrying things in her sweater to the backyard and back into the house. Very weird activity made me very uncomfortable as to what she was doing. One day she stayed outside in my backyard alone, without my dogs, until 3 AM. My dogs are ok, and that is whats most important. But I feel very weird about this, especially this being my first house sitter. This is not what I expected it to be like.
Emalie was wonderful! Always communicative and sent photos daily. Great with both our cat and our big dog. Took Judy out on walks every day, which is more than I can say. Was even kind enough to tidy up on her way out 🥰 Would absolutely book again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
She was sweet, kind, willing to come at all hours like early morning, and did great work with our pup on biting!

Emalie was a great sitter for our two dogs and two cats. She was very communicative and shared photos of our littles daily. She followed our care instructions and was conscientious of each animals specific needs. We look forward to hiring her again!

Pet care is a central part of my daily life, which allows me to provide dependable, attentive care and flexible scheduling for my clients. Whether you need regular walks, drop in visits, overnight care, or last minute coverage, I do my best to accommodate your needs. I intentionally keep my schedule manageable so every pet receives the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. My goal is for your pet to feel comfortable, cared for, and secure from the moment you leave until you return home.
