My dog has never been so happy. They provide updates often and take great care of the pups. They kept my dog engaged, made sure he was socialized, and kept him busy. I 100% recommend Emahn and Rihanna. Thank you guys again!

If you are looking for absolute peace of mind, look no further than Emahn and his wife. They are genuinely sweet people who welcomed my dog like family. They were incredibly thorough with their questions regarding her care and kept me updated perfectly the entire time. Finding people you trust with your animals is tricky, but they made it effortless. I will absolutely be using them again and highly encourage you to do the same!

Unfortunately this was a very negative experience for me. I got multiple texts throughout the week, including thanksgiving, that my dog would need to be picked up due to aggressive behavior. They said that they had overbooked and that he was overstimulated. In my initial text I had mentioned that I had only had him for a week and that he had come from a bad situation, and though I appreciate that they accepted the request on short notice they should have just said no since they did not have a plan for taking in a dog that has issues alongside being overbooked, then on the 2nd to last day they said they would have to leave him in his kennel for the rest of his stay, which was fine due to his behavior, but that they would not be able to take him outside. Dogs need to use the restroom and cannot be left in a kennel for two days straight. I had already offered to pick him up a day earlier as my flight landed late the day before pick up and they had agreed to that on thanksgiving day. After hearing that they planned to leave Hoss in the kennel with no restroom breaks I felt more inclined to pick him up early. I then text, after I get back to my car and am on the way, that I am on the way to pick him up to then be informed that they were in baytown and Hoss would not be available for pick up until the morning, which is odd because they were insisting that he had to go as soon as possible and frustrating because I had cancelled plans to pick him up early and they did not elaborate on how they handled the bathroom situation. So I text them when I’ll be there to pick him up on the original pick up date as requested by them and I arrive when I said I would be there per their request, text them that I’m there and get no response. I then see them walk by my car 10 minutes later and get into their car as if their about to leave, which would’ve left my dog in his kennel even longer with the bathroom situation being unknown and being blown off for a second attempt to pick up my dog. So I get out of my car, sit on the trunk so that they’ll see me, they pull out and as they drive towards my car they see me, park, don’t acknowledge that they saw me, walk back up to their apartment and text that they’ll be down in a minute. They come down with hoss and his supplies and proceed to hand me the wrong bed and leash. They apologize and go back up to get the correct ones. They come back with the correct bed but come back the wrong leash again, and proceed to tell me that they have lost my leash to top everything off. Also, they are running they’re operation out of an apartment complex and I don’t know many complexes that allow their tenants to run dog sitting businesses in their home. Also the grammar in our commutations was awful. I don’t think this could’ve been much worse outside of them losing the actual dog.

They were very attentive sending updates for Benji and that was really appreciated, the only downside was that Benji came back with fleas, when I picked him up I noticed a few on his nose and he was very itchy, so maybe he got them from the other dogs, or around the complex, but I think it's imperative that they require dogs to come cleaned and bathed.

Emahn and his wife took great care of my dog, Chief. I received pictures and updates daily. They went the extra mile to give me a “report card” of his stay. I thought that was a great and unique touch of providing boarding/sitting services. I will book again when needed. 10 stars!!!
