My dog is on a regular schedule for feedings and walks, but I am available in the mornings before 8 or after 5 to care for your pets. I work from home most days, so my schedule is very flexible.

My dog is an old grump and don't like other dogs, so I will gladly care for your pet in your home. I will ask about their quirks, favorite toys, sleeping positions (my dog sleeps with her head hanging out of her bed towards the ground and two legs in the air; needless to say, the first time we saw this, it was startling) and favorite treats.

Let me know if your dog has weird sleeping habits, has a favorite hiding place, or needs to be crated after a walk. I'm happy to fulfill medication requests so long as I have instructions and the medication is visible. Also let me know if they have any allergies or can only eat certain foods so I don't give them treats they can't have.

Is your dog's favorite game fetch? Then my favorite game is throw! Does your dog like to play peek-a-boo? I'm excellent at popping up from behind the couch. I'm also quick to make them spit out frogs that are just trying to hop away because frogs are friends, not food.

I've had dogs my whole life and have pet sat for friends and others before, from larger dogs like lab mixes and huskies to small chihuahua mixes. My dog is super picky about medication, so I've learned many tricks for getting dogs to take pills and am completely comfortable doing that for you if needed. Mixed pet homes are also great, especially if you have my second favorite pet: cats!
