I focus on safety, confidence-building, and clear communication, never force or punishment-based methods. I don’t rearrange or invade a cat’s space, rush interactions, or assume sociability — I follow their lead. I offer in-home visits only, allowing pets to remain in the environment where they feel safest. I strictly follow owner instructions regarding routines, leashes, yards, medications, and general safety. No one knows your pet better than you, and your pet’s well-being is always my top priority.
