I treat any dog like he or she is my own, and give them my full attention because walks and playtime is their time! In the past ten years I have dog sat on many occasions, as well as look out for my own and friends' dogs on a regular basis. I am familiar with small dog antics, having one myself, but love and get along with dogs of all sizes. I have been involved in foster programs and have taken many dogs into my home and have successfully found a permanent home for each one of them! My availability is very flexible week to week and I am willing to work around your schedule.

Elyse is great! Roxy is so comfortable with her and always happy to walk or hang with her.
Elyse house sat for our two dogs, Bella and Toby, over the weekend and things were flawless. We contacted her a few months prior to the stay and she came over for an "interview." Toby, our Belgian Malinois, is a bit suspicious of strangers, but took to her immediately. This is important as no one wants a 65lb dog barking at you while you stay in their house. With Toby's approval, we booked her immediately. On the day, she showed up right on time, took notes as we explained the routine and off we went. We got updates during our stay and when we arrived home (late due to flight delays), the dogs had been fed and we happy. Can't ask for much more than that! Leaving someone with your dogs and your house can be slightly stressful, but Elyse's pleasant approach to the dogs and job put us at ease. We will definitely use Elyse again.
