Dogs have been present in my life since I was born, and I wouldn't have it any other way. As a (helicopter) dog mom myself, I’m proud to be trusted with dog sitting for many friends and family, ensuring pups are SAFE, fed, loved and enriched with good quality playtime and treats! From working at a doggy daycamp for 3+ years and volunteering at a handful of shelters, to many many walks with dogs of all ages and sizes (there is no harness I cannot figure out!), plus administering meds in the most successfully discreet ways, and offering all the love, I'm honored to show up for dogs like they're my own! Let's set up a meet & greet to make sure your pet is comfortable, above all!

Open to assisting with any special space needs for your pet in your home, such as limited rooms, any crating needs, etc. As a mom of a corgi, I’m also familiar with some pets needing special stair access or being picked up to go upstairs as needed, as well!

Elle is a wonderful dog sitter! She is punctual, a great communicator, very kind and plus my dog loves her.
I wish I could give Elyse 6 stars! This was the first time leaving our dog and she went out of her way to be as sweet as possible with her. Elyse was courteous, prompt, adaptive, and overall, kind. I cannot recommend her strongly enough and will be looking for her the next time we venture out of Chicago!
I can confidently say that Elyse is an extremely trustworthy caretaker as she has looked after my cat (4 years) multiple times (both boarding and drop-ins). She is a great communicator and I can tell she deeply cares for animals. Overall, I felt very reassured that my baby was in good hands. I would 100% recommend her!

Schedule
I am fully remote, and work from home in Lincoln Park. On weekdays, I can make drop-in visits early in the morning until around 8am, over lunchtime from 12-1, and in evenings after 5pm. I spend most weekends here at home so have availability then, as well! I do have a car, too (plus a doggy car seat for small dogs up to 30lbs).
