I was incredibly anxious leaving my 15-year-old arthritic dog for the first time to travel. But compassionate, thoughtful Elyanna immediately put my mind at ease. She asked thoughtful questions about medications, mobility issues, and diet. She then provided detailed twice-daily recaps that made us feel involved in care. Elyanna went above and beyond to make my senior pup feel comfortable - she decorated his crate cheerfully and left sweet welcome toys. She captured the difficulty of maneuvering stairs and helped him patiently. My dog was calm and content upon my return thanks to Elyanna's empathetic and gentle care. I am so grateful and will continue hiring Elyanna to care for my beloved old pup!
Elyanna provided unbelievable care for our high-energy pup while we vacationed. Her dog expertise was clear from the start - she asked thoughtful questions about diet, behaviors, and schedule. She then stuck to his routine perfectly. We felt fully at ease once the daily pictures of happy doggy smiles, tail wags, and even bath time started arriving! Elyanna wrote recaps of their long walks, playtime sessions, and snuggles, so we felt part of the fun. She even cleaned up an unexpected potty accident without any fuss. Our dog was blissfully tired when we returned. Our home was also spotless with no trace our pup was there. We will absolutely hire Elyanna again and recommend her wholeheartedly.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Elyanna! Simon, my shy cat, immediately took to her and was at ease. Elyanna ensured Simon's areas (litterbox, toy area) stayed spotless, gave him treats, and didn't forget a single medication. Elyanna is professional, responsible, and nurturing. I can't wait to book with her again!
Elyanna did an awesome job taking care of our somewhat needy two dogs (one senior and one puppy) and one cat (middle age) for 8 nights! Our senior lady gets some meds with meals, as does our cat, and she was really great about making sure everyone was taken care of and healthy. We loved all the pictures she sent too!
Elyanna is a natural with animals - the easy ones and the nervous ones!
Elyanna took care of my senior cat Ralph recently while I was out of town for about a week. Ralph is extremely grumpy and doesn't like many people but LOVES Elyanna!! I've never seen him so happy to see someone else. He has a few medications he takes regularly and she made sure he didn't miss a dose, even when he didn't want to take them. Top notch service for my old man!

I work from home full time, which allows me to provide consistent companionship, maintain walk schedules, and be present during the day — great for puppies, senior pets, or animals who prefer extra company.
