Performed Administrative backup duties on the LeashTime system which included: assuring that all pet sitting visits are completed timely by all sitters; processed service or cancellation requests; emailed clients; availability in the case that sitters have emergencies

Else came to my apartment with her dog to look after my dog for a few days, the dogs had previously met before. I have no complaints Else respected my apartment and her dog was also fine. I think it was a bit overwhelming for my dog but I know she was well looked after and slept most of the time I had pictures and updates from Else and my apartment was clean and tidy. I would recommend her , she is very responsible person.
I hate to write this review. This was my second time using Else. The first time with Else was great - good communication and I felt secure leaving my dog with her as she was home with him. The second time was different. While my dog can stay alone for short periods, I was unaware that Else would be leaving him for longer periods and more frequently. My dog does roam while left alone and this caused Else enormous stress. Unfortunately, Else requested that I find another sitter immediately (after a week of being with him) while I was boarding a flight to another country. The stress and anxiety it caused me to find someone quickly to pick up my dog and watch him for the next 4 days was enormous. The cost to retrieve him was an additional 100€ plus the extra cost of last-minute booking with someone else. Despite the monetary cost, the emotional toll on me during a vacation was also costly because I was unable to vet someone else. I had to trust the new sitter and find someone that spoke English. Additionally, I asked to be reimbursed one day because the schedule ended the following day and she did not respond. This was such a disappointment and hurtful. I am sorry but I do not think Else is ready to commit to dog sitting.
Else was incredible! She was so communicative, providing daily photos and updates. She understood my dog (goofy and big, but gentle and unintentionally strong) and gave him all the time for walks and adventures. She was very attentive and I knew my dog was in good hands with Else.
Else is my go-to sitter for my pets. They are extremely responsible, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure each pet is comfortable and well-cared for. My cat, who is usually shy, warmed up to them right away! Their home is clean, safe, and a perfect environment for any pet. Else is reliable, professional, and treats my pets like family. I’ve used their services multiple times and have always had a great experience.
