I’ve always considered myself to have special bonds with animals. I think they’re so intelligent and capable of love, so I treat them as such. I love discovering each unique personality in cats or dogs, and I have about 8 years experience taking care of and training my family dogs and cats. My three pets, Bowser, Nori and Suki, have lots of personality and have taught me a lot about caring for animals. I’m looking forward to meeting your pets and treating them as I would my own!

I have a huge grassy backyard that allows dogs to roam freely and spend lots of time sniffing, playing or lounging. I’m all for brain games and engaging activities to really exhaust an animal, because they need stimulation just like we do throughout the day.

We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! Elora went above and beyond to keep us updated with regular messages and adorable photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our two orange bois looked completely relaxed and happily aloof in every picture (which if you knew their regular behavior with strangers is far from the norm). The fact that they even exhibited some of their normal behaviors when we’re home speaks volumes. Elora clearly knows how to care for and make them comfortable in their own space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring pet sitter!
I am so happy I found Elora to watch over our two kitties! She sent a check-in summary with photos after every visit which allowed us to not worry about their wellbeing while we were away. We can home to two very happy orange bois. She also took the time to do a quick meet and greet with them before the official visit which I appreciated. Our two cats are typically very standoffish to the point where they won’t come downstairs with pet sitters, but Elora respected their space and boundaries so well they made an appearance every visit!

Schedule
I think routine is really important for animals, just like it is for humans. I’d love to know the ins & outs of what your pet’s normal routine is to keep them comfortable. For example, I’m usually in bed by 9pm, so my nighttime routine for my dog is playtime, a potty break and some snuggles before he knocks out right along with me!
