Eloise did an absolutely fantastic job looking after our two precious pups, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. From our very first meeting, her genuine love for dogs and enthusiasm for getting to know our boys really shone through. She asked all the right questions about their routines, personalities and needs, which immediately reassured us that they would be in safe hands. She also arranged a second visit closer to the date we went away, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us even more confidence before leaving. Throughout our trip, Eloise kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which meant so much to us and allowed us to relax knowing our boys were happy and well cared for. She was incredibly accommodating, receptive to all of the information we shared about our dogs, and had such a friendly, relaxed approach while still being completely professional. When we arrived home, our house was spotless, and, most importantly, we were greeted by two happy, healthy, contented pups who had clearly been loved and cared for as if they were her own. A very successful first sit for Ruby, Eloise was a great sitter, she seemed to settle Ruby really quickly and on our arrival home, Ruby was happy and relaxed. Couldn’t have gone any better, would definitely recommend Eloise!!
