I have plenty of free time to play with your pets, as I work from home part time. We love walks, so a well behaved dog is always welcome on our walks with us. The children in my life are also dog lovers and will be happy to snuggle, play and dote on your fur baby, too.

Please be aware that I have my own pets in the home, so cat or dog aggressive pets would not be a good fit here, though I do have space to board them in the garage or inside with a crate in emergencies. I am also a foster home for labs, so I know how to handle anxiety, stress, and many "behavioral" issues. If you have meds for your dog or cat, please type or print out the exact instructions for me.

I offer treat puzzles, "licky” mats with peanut butter, walks and hikes in good weather and outdoor time for fetch in the yard. For high energy dogs, we can take longer walks at the neighboring park. I don't take any of my pets to off leash parks, especially the ones in my care.

We love our fur babies and have been fostering dogs and cats for years. Every dog becomes a member of our family while they are here! Our furniture is pet-friendly and we have a fenced in back yard. We love to go to the park and hike with our dogs when the weather is pleasant! 🐾 Health & Vaccination Policy 🐾 For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, I require that all dogs are up-to-date on the following vaccinations: • Rabies • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) • Bordetella (kennel cough) Puppies must have completed their full vaccination series appropriate for their age. I may request proof of vaccinations prior to your booking, especially for boarding or daycare stays where pets may be in shared spaces. Additionally: • Dogs should be free of fleas, ticks, and any contagious illnesses • Please let me know if your pet has recently been sick or exposed to illness • Pets showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, etc.) may need to reschedule for everyone’s safety I truly care about creating a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for every pet. Ellysia was an absolutely superb animal sitter for my dog and cat! She was always sending updates on my animals and took care of them like they were her own. My pets were so happy and returned very sleepy from all their activity at her house. I absolutely recommend her for all your pet watching needs!
Ellysia is the best! My pups had the greatest time with her and her family. Updated daily with pictures and activities. We will definitely be using her again and recommend her hands down.
I first met Ellysia Flores in March of 2025 when she was fostering my now adopted senior lab Lulu. I liked her immediately as I could feel her kindness, compassion and commitment towards animals and dog rescue. While fostering Lulu, she spent a good deal of her own money to make sure Lulu received the most complete care to insure she remained healthy. Twice since then, she has kindly offered to care for Lulu when I traveled. It's clear Lulu loves her and her family and it gives me a real sense of reassurance that my dog will be loved and cared for. Ellysia continues to foster and transport dogs in need and clearly cares deeply about the importance of rescue.
