I have a fenced yard with a large yard to play. We go on daily walks even when we are not watching a dog. We prefer dogs be crate trained but this can be flexible depending on the dog! **We currently have my sister’s wonderful female golden retriever staying with us long term**

I would love to know if your dog has any special needs and what your expectations for care are. I am comfortable caring for dogs with special needs and have cared for a dog going through chemotherapy before.
A typical day
Daily walks are a must! (Unless a dog needs something different). They can expect to be played with in our large fenced in yard. We love all breeds of dogs.

Hello! My partner, Jack, and I are huge dog lovers. I am a healthcare worker and he is self employed - so he works from our home! I have had multiple pets over the years, rode horses, and was in 4H club. I started dog sitting when I was about 11 years old. I am comfortable around animals, even those with a little attitude. We love taking dogs on long walks, and look forward to exploring new parks with them. We also have prior experience with older dogs, and know the special love and attention that they need. I also know 1st aide should there ever be an emergency, and am comfortable administering medications. We look forward to meeting all sorts of dogs and getting to know them!
