Years of experience and I LOVE it
I studied animal behavior in college and have had experience working professionally and caring for animals personally for over 12 years. I help care for my mom’s 2 dogs (hi Tapi and Raven) and I have 2 cats myself (hi Onion and Syl). I have experience with both dogs and cats plus reptile care and equine care as well (but I know those do not come up often). I have also experience with kittens, adult cats, small dogs, and large dogs. I have done both overnight dog sitting before as well as drop-in visits. Plus I have learned a ton from my fiancé who has over 5 years in the vet and vet tech industry. I am comfortable giving certain medications as well depending on the type. Overall I’m just a huge animal lover looking for a little extra work to save for my honeymoon and would love to take care of your fluffy family members.

Safety, trust & environment
In a client’s home I will be respectful of what each individual pet and its family member’s needs. I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can be as safe as possible regarding the pets environment, medical needs, physical, and emotional well-being. As I mentioned before, my fiancé has vet experience and even though he has taught me a ton I also know he is always on call if needed as well as any other resources the family has provided. I will treat your babies with much love and care as mine at home❤️

Elly was amazing! She kept me up-to-date with text and pictures. She asked lots of questions so she could really do the best job ever and that’s what she did.
Made a false animal control report, saying my cats were neglected and when animal control showed up they confirmed that my cats are more than okay.

Schedule
I do work full time right now but I have plenty of time on evenings and weekends. I also am quite the morning person so even flexibility in the mornings before 7 am is something I’m comfortable with. Then I am available weekdays after 5 pm!. Weekends I’m wide open for house sitting, drop-ins, or plenty of walks!
