.My two fur babies are Australian Shepherds, (Vallie and Brock. (ages 12 and 1). I adopted Brock when he was about a year old from a cow farmer because he got fired from herding cows. He prefers being an inside dog and would love to be petted 24 hours a day. He has such a kind and gentle personality. Vallie will be 1 this month and she has been such a joy. She has a huge personality and loves being outside. She loves Brock and he tolerates her 😁 I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up we always had dogs ranging in different sizes and all different breeds. As an adult, I have been taking care of dogs for about 20 years. I also have experience taking care of cats, birds, and fish. I’m an animal lover who truly enjoys caring for pets and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always pay close attention to their individual needs, routines, and personalities. I moved here from Tennessee about five years ago and have been loving life in Virginia ever since. I enjoy being part of the local community and appreciate the trust pet parents place in me when caring for their furry family members. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company, I’m dedicated to providing reliable, patient, and affectionate care while you’re away.

When caring for pets in their own homes, I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I ensure their environment is safe, clean, and comfortable, and I provide plenty of attention and companionship so pets feel happy, secure, and loved while their family is away. I’m happy to accommodate any unique needs, medications, or preferences to make their stay as stress-free as possible.

When I met Ellie I knew immediately that she loved animals and could be trusted to take care of my dogs! I can't begin to praise her enough for the wonderful care she gave to the dogs. Ellie is amazing. We were so worried about leaving our baby and she made it so much easier. He felt right at home with Ellie and she walked him, played with him, sent us pictures and took amazing care of him. We are so grateful and will not hesitate to leave him with her in the future! Ellie did a wonderful job with Barney. He was obviously happy there , and I hope to have him stay there again. Ellie was positive and helpful in every way. I would give her the highest recommendation!
Ellie is fabulous and kind, great with my dog and to work with. She has dogsat for me several times and has done grooming as well. My dog and I both love her!
Ellie has taken care of my dog on several occasions when I have been out of town. She is very dependable and honest, I never worry about my dog being taken care of when she is watching her. She makes sure Hannah has food, water and is taken out regularly. Ellie takes her out to play and get fresh air. Ellie will make a good caregiver for anyone's pets.
