Hello! I'm an animal lover who has experience with many types of dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, birds, fish and more! I focus mostly with "In Your Home" care for senior, high anxiety, and special needs pets, but I am happy to watch all furbabies! I started doing this job because I saw how differently my rescue dog reacted to being cared for in a kennel vs cared for in his own environment. One is a traumatic, triggering event where he believes he's been abandoned again vs the other where he stays in his comfort zone and gets a guest who loves on him. There's no comparison! I love this "job" because I get to work with your furry family members when you need it most. I promise to care for them as my own, while respecting your household boundaries and limits. If this is your first time having a stranger care for someone in your home, I know that can be stressful and I'll do whatever I can to help put you and your pet(s) at ease; photos, videos, regular updates, & more photos! All concerns will be addressed and no question is too small. I have 25+ years experience working with animal shelters, rescue groups and pets of my own. Additionally, for several years I had my own pet sitting service. I'm used to the weird, special and quirky ones; sometimes they're my favorites. If you have several types of pets in your home that need care; I'm your perfect caregiver. I am comfortable with all the things that come with a variety of pets; poo duty, litter scooping, feeding insects, etc. Message me with any questions. I hope to hear from you soon.

All care is provided in your home. I believe pets function best in their own environment. If you are traveling for a long period of time and need me to stay at your home, we can set up a meet & greet to see if that works for both of us before committing to anything.

Ellisa was absolutely fantastic! I had never left my dogs alone and was nervous about an upcoming trip and how they would respond. My dogs had not been exposed to many people outside of my home. I was concerned how they would respond. Elisa met my dogs before the trip and they both liked her right away! By the end of the meeting, they were at her feet getting all of the pets! She was incredibly responsive and addressed all of my concerns. She provided updates and pictures several times a day.She addressed all of my dogs needs. She fed them and allowed ample time for exercise. I would highly recommend Ellisa to anyone. It was my first time using this service and she did an absolutely amazing job. I will definitely be seeking her out in the future!
Elisa K. was great. The dogs and even my shy cat all warmed up to her. She took good care of them. The house was even left in perfect condition. (My Great Dane can make a mess with his shenanigans) She sent several updates and photos throughout the stay so I was really put at ease. I feel extremely lucky to have found her.
Elissa did a great job sitting for our dog on short notice when we had to leave town for a few days. She was very quick to set up a meet and greet to ensure everyone was comfortable and she was very sympathetic to my wife and my anxiety with leaving our pets and home for any period of time. We highly recommended working with Elissa for any pet care needs and will defiantly book with her again.
Ellisa was wonderful with Winston! She took great care of him and my home! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a respectful, trustworthy and respectful person with great animal knowledge to watch your furry family members! I will be lucky to be able to use her again!
Ellisa was awesome! We were gone on vacation for 5 days and Ellisa was able to help out on short notice after another company bailed. We have 4 larger dogs and they all enjoyed her visits. Ellisa was very caring to our dogs and we didn’t have to worry while we were gone. I will definitely use her again next time we need a sitter.

Schedule
I am available for drop in care or dog walks daily Mon-Fri. If you need in-home care over the weekends, that can be discussed. Most care can be worked out with enough advanced notice.
