Pet care experience
22 yr old weekend dog walker
I spent 3 months over the summer as a dog walker at a shelter in Connecticut, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I moved to NYC full time in August 2026 for a finance job and am looking to walk dogs for fun on the weekends. I would be happy to give your dog an extra long walk. It’s truly enjoyable for me and I like the exercise.

Ratings and reviews
Ellis was very easy to communicate with and flexible with last minute changes. He walked our dog for over an hour and was very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend!
Ellis is a smart, dependable and caring young man who has always had love for animals. I have known him his entire adult life and he is incredibly trustworthy and responsible. Being with animals is his passion, it’s not just a “job”. My dog Tilly and my cat Houdini always love spending time with Ellis and he has patience in trying to befriend shy animals as well. Once they get to know Ellis they love being in his lap or lean against him for pets. I can’t recommend him enough to be take care of your pet!
Ellis is a phenomenal caretaker of animals, and has a magnetic quality for dogs especially. He's watched over and walked my dog many times when I've been out of town and always provides affection, endless attention, and great energy. He's very gentle, caring, and pays close attention any to details and you provide. Hiring Ellis has always been a no brainer for me, and I hope your dog gets the chance to hang out with him!
