Dog lover working from home
I’ve grown up around dogs and have been looking after them for as long as I can remember. My family had a chocolate Labrador throughout my childhood, followed by a black Labrador who now lives in Manchester. I regularly travel up to look after him, as well as returning home to Birmingham to care for my mum’s two miniature dachshunds. My girlfriend, Holly, and I have also looked after her family’s dachshund and several friends’ dogs in London. I’ll always be the primary sitter, as I work from home and can provide plenty of company and attention throughout the day, while Holly will often be around to help during evenings and weekends. I’m experienced with walking, feeding and following dogs’ usual routines - but playing with them is definitely my speciality! I know how important it is to feel confident that your dog is safe, comfortable and genuinely cared for, so I’ll treat every dog as though they were my own and keep you updated while they’re with me. We live in a relatively small, secure flat with a small balcony, so it is best suited to small or medium-sized dogs. However, we’re close to Hampstead Heath and several other lovely green spaces, making it easy to provide plenty of good walks and outdoor time. I’m available for dog walks, drop-in visits, house sitting and overnight stays, and I’d be very happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand.

Elliot was fantastic with Oscar! He came to our home for the morning and took great care of him. Elliot was friendly, reliable and clearly very caring, and it was lovely to know Oscar was happy and comfortable at home. We would definitely recommend Elliot and would happily have him look after Oscar again!
Fantastic and loving pat caregiver. Has had my two dogs several times over several years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur children. Goes above and beyond for the dogs and can tell her genuinely cares for the animals. Could not rate more highly.

Schedule
I work from home throughout the week, so I can provide plenty of company, attention, playtime and regular toilet breaks during the day. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits and overnight stays on both weekdays and weekends. My girlfriend, Holly, is also often around during evenings and weekends to provide some extra attention and cuddles.

Safety, trust & environment
I always follow each dog’s usual feeding, walking and sleeping routine, including any instructions provided by their owner. Dogs staying with us will receive plenty of supervision and will never be left on the balcony unattended. We have a relatively small flat without a garden, so I’ll make sure they receive regular toilet breaks and walks, with Hampstead Heath nearby for longer adventures. In an owner’s home, I’ll treat both their dog and property with care, keep everything secure and provide regular photo updates for reassurance.
A typical day
As I work from home, your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day. We’ll enjoy regular toilet breaks, playtime and walks around the local area, with longer adventures on Hampstead Heath where appropriate. I’ll tailor the day to your dog’s usual routine, energy levels and personality, including plenty of rest, attention and cuddles.
