I am currently in a hybrid work position where I work from home 9-11am in order to feed my sister’s dogs and administer medication. I will go into the office (in GP) and take a lunch in the afternoon to let our furry friends out. After which, I will head back to the office until 5pm.

I have a fenced backyard and both of my sister’s dogs are angels. She has a small German-short haired pointer/Brittany Spaniel mix and a large chocolate lab. They are both trained and well-behaved. When I leave my house, I put a baby gate up separating the pups from my kitchen (so food and garbage will not be eaten). The part of the house where the dogs will stay includes a moderately-sized foyer, long hallway, closet room, and my bedroom. This entire part of the house is hardwood floors, so if your pup has an accident, it’s an easy clean up! If you normally crate your dog, I can do so in my bedroom - making sure DogTV is left on for them.

I have taken care of dogs for a little over 5 years now. I am always the first person neighbors, friends, and family come to when they need their pet(s) looked after. I have been watching both of my sister’s dogs, M-F (and sometimes the weekend) for a little over two years. My sister has a dog with special medical needs so if your dog requires extra attention or medication, I am perfectly capable as I have experience administering pills, oral medications, creams, etc. I do not own a dog myself so you can be confident that your pet(s) will receive all my attention! I am a very active person so if your dog is active, they will enjoy long walks along Jefferson and by the lake.

Elliot responded quickly and helped by taking a stay on short notice. He was very communicative, conscientious and gave Shadow a lot of attention.
Elliot was great with both my super-affectionate dog and my relatively shy cats. He was also able to pick up my dog's medication when the vet's office didn't have it ready until after I already left town. It was a relief to have someone like Elliot taking care of my pets when I was far from home!
Elliot was extremely amazing with our bulldog ! Flexible with our changing time of flights and kept us updated with photos every day. We will definitely be using Elliot again ! 😊
We were in need last minute with our crazy schedules and we appreciate it so much!
