Seasoned Pet Owner & Caregiver!
I know how difficult it can be to trust someone you don’t know with your precious fur baby, but I am here to make it so much easier! I have been on Rover for about seven years now, so I have gained plenty of experience with taking care of others' dogs and cats, including walking, visiting and house-sitting them. Even before I was on Rover, I would frequently care for neighbors' and family friends' pets. These have included sick, injured, senior, jumpy, calm, and timid dogs. Whatever the personality, we'll be sure to get along and have fun! I am also an enthusiastic cat-caretaker! I have owned cats since I was six, and currently own a 3-year-old very mischievous black cat named Felipe as well as a Bengal kitten named Binx. That is to say that I am very familiar with cats' proclivities and unique personalities, and I love to spend time playing with them! I work weekdays from around 8AM to 5:00PM, which leaves my late afternoons and evenings wide open. My weekends are also typically available! I am located in northeast Wrigleyville, so I can typically simply walk or bike to meet your pet. Otherwise, I also have a car that I can use! I treat every pet as if it were my own! I know how I would want my pet to be taken care of, and I apply that same level of care and respect to someone else's pet(s). It's as simple as that - all pets, regardless of personality or temperament, deserve kind, caring treatment.

Ellie is FANTASTIC! She has become my go-to pet sitter and has taken wonderful care of my two cats on numerous occasions. Anytime I have to go out of town, I know my babies are in the best hands. Her communication is always prompt, and her detailed check-ins give me complete peace of mind while I'm away. She truly makes traveling stress-free. I can't recommend Ellie highly enough!

Schedule
I work full-time Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. However, I am free most mornings and evenings for drop-ins or walks. My weekends vary, but are typically available.
