Long-time active pet lover!
I’ve had a variety of animals ever since I was born. Growing up, my family always had multiple dogs, so I’ve learned to care for puppies up to elderly dogs ever since I was young. I take a balanced approach to caring for pups. Beyond meeting their basic requirements to eat, sleep, and use the restroom, I know that dogs are happiest in stress-free environments, when they get enough activity, and when they get loved on like they need. I’ll make sure your dog gets out on walks/runs, gets to socialize at the dog park (if okay with owner), and is cuddled a bunch. I also take pride in caring for elder dogs and dogs with special needs by providing extra care, such as mobility support, medication administration, and food modifications. I learned this through the privilege of caring for my last dog, Allie, during her vulnerable moments in older age. After 16.5 years of happy memories together, she went on to her next adventure in March 2026. Many of those years were spent making furry friends on Rover, and the dogs and their owners I’ve met through this app continue to provide me so much joy in Allie’s absence. Thank you for giving me the privilege to care for your best friend(s)! I am currently in my third year of medical school & try to mark my availability based on when I have remote classes, so your pup will have attention throughout the day and be able to go potty when needed. I usually take the dogs on a long walk or to the dog park in the evening on top of 10 minute walks throughout the day to go to the bathroom. I do occasionally have full 8 hour days on campus, so if your pup needs let out more frequently please let me know so I can accommodate! I live in a condo surrounded by several small parks, so we go hangout outside throughout the day. I’m also a few blocks from Fuller dog park and like going there if the dog I’m sitting is good in that busy setting.

Ellie was an absolute DREAM with my golden, Terra, during her last minute, two-week stay. From working with Terra to get comfortable in her home with her own pup, Allie, to communicating with me every day about how Terra was doing and the fun adventures that they were going on, I couldn't have asked for more. I got so many photos and videos throughout her stay and felt super confident that Terra was in the best hands the entire time. When we need a sitter again in the future, Ellie will be the first person I go to!
Ellie was great, sent tons of pictures, was super with communication as well as flexible with pick up time getting pushed because of a delayed flight
Ellie was such a good babysitter! She sent so many photos and videos of my pup which I appreciated so I knew he was being well taken care of! She was very attentive and I would definitely rebook her.

Schedule
I am currently in my third year of medical school & try to mark my availability based on when I have remote classes so I can be very flexible with potty breaks and play time. I’m able to be with the dogs most of the day and accomodate their needs. I do on occasion have to go into in-person classes, so if your dog needs frequent potty breaks please let me know so I can accommodate!

I am typically with the dogs for nearly all of the day. If I do need to leave to run an errand, I use a dog monitor to check in and make sure that they are doing okay. If they do seem to be stressed, I head home to give them the care they need! I am happy to accommodate any special needs your dog has, such as preferences with toys/entertainment, medication administration, exercise, etc. Let me know what preferences your dog may have!
A typical day
I try to keep each dog’s schedule as close to the one they have at home, so let me know your dog’s meal and potty times. I also love to do stuff with dogs outside! From walks around the neighborhood to just a fun day at the dog park. I live right near Fuller dog park and many other small parks in Whittier, so we love to explore around if the dog I’m watching does well in those settings! In the house, we play with toys and cuddle!
