I am currently working from home most of the week, as does my partner. We see this as a great excuse to get out for walks and explore the local area.

I have a very safe flat within a gated community, I’m always able to keep an eye on dogs and my partner is regularly here too to help (she is also an experienced dog sitter). We move all plants out of the pets way when they are visiting and we are very close to a large park. Happy to provide pup dates and do facetime tours of the house if needed.

Information Ellie W. would like to know about your pet
It would be great to know if your dog has any dietary requirements, or routine requirements ideally, we are very flexible and used to both of the above.
A typical day
Usually I’ll request you hang around for a short while, as your pup gets settled. Then I tend to employ some stimulation games that involve licking treats to help them relax in various areas of the house. Normally depending on the dogs needs, we will do big walks, games, toys and make sure there’s time for naps and cuddles for relaxing.

Pet care experience
I’ve been doing dog sitting through borrow my doggy and rover for the last 6 years in London, I’ve just moved to St Albans with my partner and we both work hybrid, so have plenty of time on our hands for your furry friends. Very good with keeping to training and routine. I have had dogs and cats all of my life, but taken care in a professional sense over the last few years.
Reviews

Ellie’s an amazing sitter and has looked after our cavapoo many times. He loves his time there, gets a great walk and Ellie provides regular updates and photos. Definitely recommended!

We are so pleased to have found Ellie and Sarah! Margot absolutely loves going to them and we always know she is going to have a fun, safe and stimulating time with them. Communication is extremely easy and we don’t know what we would do without them!

Ellie and her partner were amazing with our cavapoo puppy, keeping him busy with stimulation games and sending regular updates. They administered his medicine and he had a brilliant time with them!
Ellie and her partner have been looking after my pooch, Leo - 5 years old King Charles Spaniels, for just over a year now and they have been the most loving and caring pair you could ever want to look after your pet. We have met Ellie through Borrow My Doggy website over COVID. Leo got attached to her pretty quickly after she borrowed him (he likes people who spoil him and pay lots of attention to him - I'm sure you have thoese attention seekers at home, but we all love them, right? ;) Ellie looks after Leo on days I'm out and about for long hours and we have left Leo with her on a couple of occasions when we were on holiday. He always is the happiest dog when I collect him. You couldn't ask for a better, more loving and responsible person to look after your pet.
