I will always be happy to meet before anything is arranged to discuss your pets needs etc. I can easily crate your dog in the car if needed when travelling to walking destinations. Alternatively, I have a doggy seatbelt to ensure your fur babies safety! I am familiar with dog behaviour so know the warning signs to look out for when on walks. I will only walk off lead if requested and you are happy for me to. I know of various places to walk dogs which are secluded and secure which is especially great if your dog is nervous and prefers quiet walks away from others.
Information Ellie W. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if I need to be aware of any warning behaviours your dog shows. Are they OK with other dogs. Do they need to be kept on a lead. Are they strong on lead, do they have good recall? Are they allowed treats?
A typical day
We will explore lots of different safe areas for different smells which is great enrichment! Lots of games such as fetch with sticks, balls and frisbees! There are loads of great areas I know of such a woodland areas, nature reserves and secluded parks which will be great for loads of different dogs!

Pet care experience
I’ve had a variety pets ever since I was very young. I currently have a couple of family pets; an elderly Springer Spaniel X Collie called Bella, and a DLH cat called Toby who I grew up with and both live at my parents; I still regularly visit and care for them. I studied animal science and animal behaviour since college and my most recent degree was a Masters in Clinical Animal Behaviour, which focused primarily on dog and cat behaviour! I have volunteered in many animal industries such as the RSPCA and my current career involves looking after lots of different animals which I love!

Ellie is brilliant with our boys! Thank you Ellie! Xx

Ellie was absolutely fantastic in looking after fury, so attentive in ensuring everything is looked after for him. She clearly has such a caring nature for animals and made us feel very safe leaving our cat in her care. Thank you so much Ellie, we’ll definitely be using your services again in the future!

Ellie is brilliant, and our little Dewey feels so comfortable and happy with her. Thank you Ellie xxx
