I’m Ellie, based in Crediton. I love animals and have taken care of dogs and cats for 5 years. I regularly dog-sit for my former landlords who have two lovely eight-year-old sprocker spaniels. I love taking them out on nice walks and having cuddles - watching them enjoy themselves when we’re out is so rewarding! I also have experience of pet-sitting nervous and elderly dogs and can give medication. I also have experience of cat sitting - when I lived with my auntie before relocating to Devon, we adopted a kitten from a rescue centre. I still cat-sit for her which I really enjoy. I have previous experience of volunteering at an animal sanctuary where I fed farm animals, cared for horses and mucked out stables. I am passionate about animal well-being and believe that every animal deserves to be in a happy and loving environment. I currently work full-time from home and have a flexible work pattern, meaning I can go on nice walks during my lunch times and after work with your pups! My work pattern is Monday - Friday but I can also pet-sit on weekends depending on what I have planned.

Safety, trust & environment
I can easily feed your pets if / when needed, and can take them out for walks during my lunch and also to the toilet whenever they need. I have experience of using dog gates if you need your pet to be kept in a certain space.

Ellie was fantastic with Rosie and Alfie and we are hugely grateful to her for going above and beyond for us. She took wonderful care of the two dogs for a weekend whilst we were away and we will certainly be using her for all future dog sitting. Thank you Ellie!
Ellie was brilliant with our anxious rescue dog and was very attentive to his needs. We enjoyed our time out knowing he would be well looked after. We had photo updates and could see how happy he was, due to her kindness. Thank you Ellie!

Schedule
