Hi there! My name is Ellie and I truly have a passion for dogs and all animals. My family always had multiple pets in the house, so growing up I was exposed to animal care at an early age. I love dogs and cats and all animals, so I began pet sitting as a teenager, and have continuously done it more over the recent years. I have gained an immense amount of experience dog walking and caring for various breeds of all ages, sizes, temperaments, energy levels, and needs. I have dog walked and dog sat for several different breeds, including German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, American Eskimos, Pit Bulls, Shetland Sheepdogs, Beagles, Labs, Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds, Border Collies, Lhasa Apsos, Doodles, Terriers, Shih Tzus and Great Pyrenees, as well as mutts, and I am open to and comfortable with all breeds. I love interacting with dogs, including engaging them with play time, ensuring they receive enough daily exercise, and doing their favorite activities, whether it's fetch, tug of war, or walking. I am trustworthy, responsible, and professional with a vast amount of experience taking care of animals so I know what it takes to meet the needs of your pets and understand them. I am open to any duration of dog sitting in your home and recurring daily walks for your dog while you are at work every day. I love spending time with animals and learning what they like and what makes them unique! Ellie is great! She took care of my mother’s shy cat while she was with me for Mother’s Day. We assumed she’d not even see the cat but the cat took to her right away!
We were completely worry-free while getting married & on our honeymoon! Ellie took such good care of our cats, taking plenty of pictures, making sure they were eating/drinking, and cleaning up after them. She made sure they were comfortable, even our shy scaredy cat was a complete ham :) It felt so good to get a notification from Rover after each visit. Huge huge huge shoutout & recommendation 🫀
We were so pleased with Ellie’s services! Our dog is high maixtenance and anxious. She was patient and allowed him time to get comfortable. She also did great with our cats.
Ellie is an absolute angel! She has been so so so great every time she takes care of Poppy! I think Poppy likes going on walks with Ellie more than me! Ellie has gone above and beyond always keeping us updated and sending SO many photos when we’re gone that make us feel like we’re right at home & up to date on everything. She has truly put my mind at ease whenever we are out of town, I truly cannot recommend her enough and I’ve already referred her to at least 4 other people. Ellie is simply the best of the best!
Ellie does a great job! I have used her twice and feel safe knowing she is watching my cats. She sends great updates and pictures while I am gone. I will continue to book with her when I am going out of town!
