I am currently working part-time at Ashcroft Pet Resort, so my pet care is scheduled around that. I don’t work more than 30 hours a week, up to 8 hours a day, leaving me plenty of time to visit and hang out with your pets. I can do overnight stays at your home, but I rarely do jobs over a week long as I have my own cat to take care of. However, I have done drop-ins daily for up to a month long in the past. I am available to help and look forward to meeting your fur babies!

I have my own cat in an apartment who stays inside everyday. I am able to do overnights at owners homes but NOT my own. I am a strong, attentive dog walker and take the safety of all pets very seriously.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or any sort of medication management so I can be sure to care for them in the best way possible. My mom has a senior dog and I have taken care of injured animals as well, so just let me know if anything like that will come about, there is no pet I can’t take care of!
A typical day
I’m a big fan of playing fetch, tug-of-war or just walking around and smelling all the smells in the neighborhood. I especially love to give pets as much attention and care as possible as their humans are away. Pets and hugs and belly rubs are a must! With cats, I change my behavior based on theirs. My own can doesn’t like many people besides myself, so I understand if a cat is upset when I come visit, but I will do my best to care for them in the best way possible. Please let me know your cats typical behavior around new humans and I will work around that!

I have owned and taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I worked in a doggy daycare for a year when I was just 16 and loved it! I love all types of dogs and cats and am a responsible, caring individual with a passion for animals.

Ellie took great care of our pups! She responded promptly and did a meet and greet within the week. She let us know when she arrived for the weekend and when she left. She provided an update each day. Stan and Soph were well loved while we were away. We would book with Ellie again!

Very kind and accommodating and able to help on short notice. Came back and let the dogs out when we were a bit later than expected which was above and beyond! Some of the pet waters were left a bit low but otherwise fantastic sitter. Thanks Ellie!
