Hi there! My name is Ellie, its nice to meet you! I have years of experience caring for dogs- nothing makes me happier than a happy pup and being able to meet new animals. I know that life gets busy and would love to be able to help out in any way you might need. I live in the Potomac area and am experienced in taking care of pets. I volunteer with Wolf Trap Animal Rescue and have successfully fostered over seven young puppies with my family. It brings me great joy to ensure these young pups are able to find safe, happy new homes. I am responsible, hardworking, professional and organized and would love to be of service. I am able to drive. Thanks! In my free time, I work as a medical assistant for a busy urgent care center. I am passionate about well-being and will be attending physician assistant school in the Fall to further my training. In the mean time, I am plenty available for your pups! I am a UMD alum- go terps!

Ellie is super helpful and understanding since my dog Odin a pitbull mix is very energetic and has anxiety, she is able to put him at easy and take control in a safe manner on his walks. Good communication and time oriented as well.
Ellie is one of the kindest and most confident dog caregivers I know. She has the experience, kindness, and strength to handle any dog that may find themselves under her watch. Throughout my interactions with her and her own dogs, Angel and Stella, I’ve witnessed her full heart and soulful energy. She takes her pups on walks or runs through the woods or neighborhood often and shows them the affection they deserve. As well, she cares for any animal with responsibility and understanding. I do not believe you could find a better dog caregiver then Ellie!

We have a great, safe neighborhood for walking. Plenty to smell and see. I really love my time outside, as I'm sure your dogs do too!

A typical day
On walks, we go all around the neighborhood. I also am in close proximity to Great Falls if your dog has a taste for adventure! Your dog will be sure to get plenty of belly rubs and attention during their time with me. I am a dog lover for sure and it makes them happy to see that they are as comfortable as possible.
