I’m a zoologist who LOVES animals and just can’t get enough of them in my life! I’d be thrilled to walk or sit for your pup! Get to know me below ⤵️ I have a degree in zoology and previously ran a sea turtle program on the GA coast for a number of years. I am now a wildlife technician for the Georgia DNR working with urban wildlife species on a daily basis and responding to wildlife emergencies. I have worked professionally with puppies, dogs, cats, and other house pets for over 7 years, and wild and exotic animals for over 5 years. I’ve worked on training and behavior with both domestic and exotic species and am skilled in applying these practices to dog walking and sitting. I am also a marathon runner, so if you have an active breed that may need to get out more energy, I would be more than happy to take them for a jog instead of a walk! I have volunteered at many of my local shelters as a dog walker to keep those pups active and ready to find their fur-ever homes! I have owned dogs of all sizes from Shih-Tzu to Great Dane. I’m able to accommodate any size and energy level during walks or play time! I treat all animals as if they are my own and will do everything I can to keep your fur babies happy, loved, and maybe a little spoiled!

I love hanging out with your pets! Whatever they want to do, I’ll oblige. I love going on walks, I can bring your pup on runs with me, we can hang out in your yard or at the park, or just relax!

My husband and I can have unpredictable schedule sometimes. Ellie was SO sweet and tolerant of my pups. I always worry that my pitbull mix can scare folks with all her jumping, but Ellie was not fazed! She was also so patient with my puppy who froze in her crate when Ellie came over. Will definitely reach out when we need her again!

So so so thankful for Ellie and her help with ensuring our kitten was played with, fed, and loved while my husband and I are TDY! She was attentive, sent lots of photos (which I super appreciated), and was so caring and amazing to our kitten. I would most definitely seek out her help again when the need arises. Thank you Ellie!

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I am available for pet care at any time as long as my calendar has availability! I always have my Rover calendar updated as quickly as possible for when I’m at work, out of town, or just unavailable to be with your pet.
