Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with dogs alongside all sorts of other animals, and even when I went to university in 2019 and couldn’t have pets of my own, I couldn’t let that stop me! I regularly volunteered myself to look after family and friends’ dogs (at first it was often just because I wanted an excuse to spend time with them 😂), which eventually turned into caring for other people’s pets more professionally through word of mouth. I’ve looked after lots of different dogs over the years, from Shih Tzus and Cockapoos to Great Danes, Dalmatians, Labradors, Retrievers and plenty of others. I’ve also cared for puppies, senior dogs and dogs with very different personalities and routines, so I know that there really isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to looking after them. I’m more than happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, whether that means specific feeding times, walks, medication, enrichment, bedtime routines or simply giving them lots of attention and affection. I think it’s really important that dogs feel comfortable and secure rather than having their whole routine changed while their owners are away- they already miss their pawrents enough! I’m also really interested in animal behaviour and communication and spend a lot of my free time reading, researching and watching documentaries and educational videos about animals. I love learning about why dogs behave the way they do and how they communicate, and I’m keen to learn about your dog’s individual quirks, boundaries and needs! I know leaving your dog with someone else can be stressful, so I’ll always prioritise making sure they feel safe, happy and cared for. I’m very happy to send photos and updates throughout the day and communicate as much as you’d like while you’re away! Most importantly, I just really, really love dogs. I love getting to know their individual personalities and will be very excited to meet yours! 🐶❤️

Ellie is an amazing sitter and very passionate about what she does! I booked last minute after a sitter pulled out and she was more than happy to take Amber on. Amber had the best time with her and was well looked after, she kept me updated each day so I knew she was in good hands! Will be definetly reaching out for another dog sit! 🐶
Ellie has looked after my Jack Russell many times, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! She is so caring, trustworthy and reliable, and I always feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. She treats her as if she were her own, making sure she gets plenty of attention, cuddles and care.
Ellie is a fantastically warm, friendly, caring and loving person. Her true love and care for animals is undoubtable. Ellie has two rabbits of her two currently that live brilliant lives, and she’s got heaps of experience with different animals previously too. Ellie will really look after your animals with all the passion possible and make their stay away from their parents a lot less scary and a lot more fun!
Ellie is the most loving person to both animals and humans. She has had pets her whole life and now has two rabbits which she treats as if they are her children. She is very trustworthy and is great at pet sitting.
Ellie is a reliable sitter, caring, and truly wonderful with Bruno. She kept him happy, safe, and well-exercised throughout the entire stay. She understand dog behavior and followed his routine, she kept Bruno's walking schedule to keep his energy balanced. Follows exact feeding rules and dietary restrictions carefully. Sends daily photo updates of Bruno playing and relaxing. Handles leash walks safely around other neighborhood animals. Shows genuine love and affection to Bruno like family. Bruno remained calm, happy, and completely stress-free. Bruno shows pure excitement whenever ellie arrives. The home stayed clean and perfectly secure.
My dog Biscuit was always so excited whenever Ellie came to look after her. Ellie was always punctual, efficient and compassionate in her care for my baby who is sadly no longer with us. Whenever it was time for Ellie to come over, Biscuit would always know and be waiting patiently- with her tail already wagging- by the front door. When she got here, Biscuit would go crazy every single time I think the love that Biscuit had for Ellie speaks volumes about how she is with animals!

Schedule
I’m very flexible with my schedule, which means I’m in a great position to prioritise your pet and fit their care around their individual routine and needs. I’m happy to structure my day around their usual feeding times, walks, toilet breaks, playtime and any other care they need rather than expecting them to fit around my schedule. I’m also available for overnight stays and can be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times where needed. As I work from home on my own projects, I’m able to give pets plenty of attention and company throughout the day while still giving them space and quiet time when they want it!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a quiet, pet-friendly flat with secure windows and no garden, and my home is fully bunny-proofed (which basically means everything-proofed because rabbits find a way into everything 😂). I’m very happy to have pets stay with me and can be flexible with walks and toilet breaks throughout the day. My two rabbits are kept completely separate from visiting pets unless an owner has specifically agreed otherwise. They have their own secure space, and if they need time outside of it while your pet is staying, they will be kept in a separate room. For walks, I’ll always follow your instructions around routes, length and lead use, and I’m comfortable handling dogs on lead. If a pet becomes nervous or reactive, I’ll prioritise removing them from the situation and giving them whatever space or reassurance they need. If I notice anything unusual or concerning, I’ll contact you immediately and take any necessary action, including contacting a vet if needed. When house sitting, I’m respectful, tidy and careful with other people’s homes. I’ll follow your house rules and instructions, keep doors and windows secure and leave everything as I found it. I’m also happy to take care of things like keys, alarms, post, bins and plants if needed. Before looking after any pet, I’m always happy to go through their routine, boundaries, emergency details and anything else I need to know so I can make sure they’re safe, happy and comfortable!
A typical day
I am more than happy to revolve my day around your pets needs. I pet sit full-time, so whether your dog prefers to spend all day snuggling or going on a big walk (or anything in between!) I am more than happy to accommodate for that!
