Working from home, wood walking dog lover!
I have had dogs all my life. I lost my dear border collie Sasha 2.5 years ago and miss her terribly. Whilst almost ready for a new dog I have yet to find the right one and working from home can be lonely. I have been looking after my friends dogs over last year as they rely on me and I thought this would be great way to meet more doggies and help people out and I can enjoy the company as I particularly miss dog walking 😊 I have lots of nice dog walks from my home and a secure garden.

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Hector and Chilli. From the moment we arrived at Ellie’s home, it was clear they were in kind, caring hands. Communication was spot on throughout our trip with just the right amount of updates and lots of lovely photos that really put our minds at ease. During the hot weather, Ellie even brought in an air conditioner to make sure the boys stayed comfortable, which was such a thoughtful touch. She gave our younger dog, Chilli, plenty of cuddles, play and attention, while also taking great care to understand and meet Hector’s needs as an older dog. It was obvious she treated them as individuals and genuinely cared about making them both happy and comfortable. We came home to two relaxed, content dogs, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our boys!

This was Bonnie’s second stay with Ellie who kept us updated with messages and photos. Bonnie was well taken care of and it’s clear from the photos, she made herself at home! Highly recommend Ellie and the care she provides.

This is the second time my boys have stayed with Ellie. The best compliment I can give to her is that I feel completely relaxed knowing she will care for them as if they were her own. We’ve already booked the next stay and wouldn’t want them to be with anyone else. Thank you Ellie!

Schedule
As per above, I work from home and have a secure garden and my day is flexible to allow dog walking and play and also drive with a car.

My Sasha was like my child and I treat all animals that way. I have cared for friends dogs as needed to match their requirements and routines.
A typical day
I have several nice dog walks and woods within walking distance from my home and also happy to drive to woods. Love a game of fetch or a play with their favourite toy and playing games. I have raised border collies!
