I am a young professional in Boston who loves animals and would like to open my home to pups in need of sitting, as well as offer dog walks and house sitting services. I have a lot of experience walking dogs and dog sitting for families in the New England area. I am a warm person with lots of love to give and I find that pets feel very comfortable around me and in my home. My apartment is perfectly laid out for pets, especially for lounging. The area I live in is perfect for walks as well. I have also volunteered with dogs at Boston and Providence animal shelters, and just love dogs in general! My family also used to have a dog, so I’ve been around pets my entire life. Please feel free to ask me any more questions about my experience! I would love to be the dog sitter for you.

I have a backyard and a nice space for pets to lounge in my apartment. I live right by the river where there is a lot of space for nice walks and it is a very safe environment overall.

Ellen was a fantastic cat and house sitter. She stayed with my car for a week and sent me regular updates and pictures. My kitty seemed super happy when I got home!

Ellen took good care of our pup Noodles while we went out of town for 5 days. He was recovering from a recent surgery and needed to take some medicines, so we’re really grateful that Ellen didn’t mind doing that! She sent me daily updates with photos, which was very reassuring. Noodles was in great spirits when I returned! Thank you so much for keeping our home and Noodles in great shape while we were away!

We're so thrilled to have found Ellen! I appreciated her professionalism, experience, and pure love of dogs - it is so clear that Ellen loves everything about dogs and knows exactly how to meet each dog's specific needs. A true professional, in every sense. Her clear communication and frequent updates meant that we could enjoy our time away without ever needing to worry about how Dougie was doing. When he came back home, he was completely himself - not exhausted nor stressed, just happy and wiggly as always. He had a great time with Ellen and we will be sure to reach out to her the next time we are out of town. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I can go on regular walks and am able to adjust to a pet’s needs. I am available most weekdays and weekends as well.
