I currently work full time and offer drop in visits (and walks!) during lunch hours 12-1 and after 5 pm. On the weekends I am able to spend more time with your pets.

A typical day
One of my favorite ways to enrich dogs is to take them on a long, rambling sniff walk. I’ve heard before that sniffing is like reading the newspaper for them, so I like to incorporate lots of “newspaper reading” into our schedule. Other fun activities I include are playing with toys and working on commands they know (sit, shake, spin, etc). Dogs are happiest when they get physical and mental exercise!

Pet care experience
Dog walk and drop-in availability: Weekdays: 12-1 pm (over lunch), after 5 pm Weekends: all day! I grew up with many pets and have years of dog sitting as well as reptile care experience. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes (my sweet, late boy was 80 lbs) and have experience with senior dogs (administering medications, etc) who require more patience and attention. Puppies are welcome as well! Additionally, I have many years of experience caring for (feeding, handling) leopard geckos and turtles. I am very comfortable feeding live insects should it be needed. Clear communication is important to me when watching your pet, so you can expect frequent updates on your pet and communication should any other circumstances arise. You can always expect me to have the utmost respect when being in your home!
