Dog lover, recent retiree
As a recent retiree, I take daily walks but miss the company of a dog since losing my own a year ago. I am using Rover because it allows me to keep my schedule flexible for travel while still getting to spend quality time with dogs by helping local owners.I have decades of experience caring for dogs and understand how important reliable, attentive care is. Because I am retired, I have the time and patience to focus entirely on your dog's routine. I will treat your pet with the same respect and care that I always gave my own.

I live in a house with a fenced yard, but I prefer to spend my time outdoors walking in our local parks. No other pets (other than fish!) in our home.

Schedule
As a retiree, my schedule is highly flexible, making it easy to fit pet care into my week. I can easily accommodate mid-day walks or drop-ins when owners are at work, while still keeping my calendar open to block out time for my own travel plans.
