I provide pet services full time- all of our guests receive around the clock supervision and care. As a client you will be able to communicate with me any time of day and will receive frequent updates on your pet, including photos.

We regard safety as the most important part of our job. Guests are introduced in a controlled manner and maintain a calm environment to reinforce positive behaviors. We utilize baby-gates to keep guests separate during feeding times and to section off parts of our home including the kitchen and staircases. Guests are never off leash outside of our fenced areas. We use 6ft tall chain link panels to provide guests with an exercise area and an off leash experience. We are more than happy to work with dogs of different temperaments and take the necessary precautions to do so.

We ask that guests are up to date on vaccines and are treated against fleas and ticks. Please include emergency contact information as well as your preferred veterinary practice- we have never had any issues but want to be prepared.
A typical day
Our aim is to simulate the environment of your pet at home- from feeding times and walking schedule to replicating their typical overnight situation. We are outside on walks a minimum of three times per day and more if the weather allows. If your pet is a couch potato or a high energy dog we’ll make sure they’re following a familiar routine.

Thank you so much for taking a look at my profile! My team and I have been working professionally in the animal field for over ten years. We initially offered in home, practical dog training and then transitioned to studying canine behavior and became pet boarders so we could work with as many dogs as possible! We strive to provide a calm and safe environment for all of our guests and are experienced with many breeds of all ages and temperaments. Our business, Auburn Kennels, is registered in New York state and with the town of Sennett so we can provide a legitimate and insured service to our clients and guests.

We couldn’t be happier, and neither could our pups!!! We got daily updates with photos and you could see the joy and love they experienced while we were on vacation. Nothing better than seeing your dogs well taken care, especially our Bernese that has a complicated diet that they were happy to follow for us! Thank you!!
Raven seemed to really enjoy her time here! Mike & Ellen had no problem giving her some meds, giving her lots of attention, and sending updates & photos to ease our minds about leaving her. She made some few furry friends too & we'll definitely use them again!
They are always super accommodating of my schedule and great with my high energy dogs. I have booked with them many times now and will continue to do so.
