This was my third booking with Ellen- absolutely recommend for all services. She truly cares about my babies, enjoys looking after them and always communicates any and all concerns or details she thinks I should be aware of. Were all very grateful for her 😄

Ellen is wonderful at updates and communicating. She’s down to earth, fun, and really cares about taking care of my fur babies as if they were her own. My animals love their time with her. Ellen is respectful and cleans up after herself. I will rebook again!!

Ellen exceeded my expectations! I love how attentive she is to my fur babies and she is a great communicator and I can tell she really cares. I also appreciate her sense of humor. She really enjoys being with animals and they absolutely love her. She has wonderful energy - I will book her again for overnight and all other services too. I highly recommend!!

This is my first negative review ever, but I felt like I had to let other pet parents know. Ellen did not show up on the day she was supposed to take care of my dogs! I had double and triple-checked with her that there won't be any "other" emergency, and she promised me that she will be there. I texted her at 7pm the night before, sent her our door codes and bought her pastries. Her not showing up really ruined my day and had/has negative financial repercussions.

Ellen was able to do a drop-in visit on very short notice and was very flexible with our schedule. Our dog loved her immediately and we felt at ease leaving our dog in her care. Thank you.
