All my services are offered from your very own home so all instructions/routines/procedures you already have set in place will be 100% adhered to such as feeding schedules, exercise practices, & medication administrations (if necessary), as your pet wholeheartedly has all my attention. While also in my care not only will you receive evidence-based updates on how your pet is getting on when you're absent. but also a guarantee they'll be left both feeling physically and mentally stimulated.

A typical day
The aim for every day will be to leave them feeling physically & mentally stimulated. There are many great spots locally with wide open spaces where I could take your pet for enrichment, such as Coldhams Common, Jesus Green, Parker's Piece, Midsummer Common, Coleridge Park etc. These places are perfect for walks, training, playing, socialising and so much more. However, when inside your pet will get one-to-one time for activities like cuddles (depending on body language & temperament), interactive games, fresh food & water and working on command sessions.

I've been with pets of all varieties including lizards, fish, horses, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats & dogs (of course) so my confidence around animals is very comfortable. Due to being around such a spectrum, I've dealt with many animals, such as ones with disabilities, behavioural triggers & seniors and puppies. Rest assured whatever amazing personality your pet has I'll be able to establish a trustworthy bond to strengthen the relationship with all involved :)

Reviews
We had Ellen come watch our dog while we were away on a short trip. She stopped by several times a day and made sure Arwen got walked, had food and water. And always left her with a treat toy. Ellen was great about sending pictures and updates, and left the house clean before we came back. We would definitely book Ellen again for short stays.
Ellen is absolutely amazing: she took fantastic care of our two guinea pigs (and sent over some great photos, too!). More importantly, her diligence and attentiveness meant that we were alerted to the fact that our cat hadn't been eating her food (and, in fact, had escaped as we were leaving for our holiday), which meant we could come back early and track our beloved pet down: I couldn't be more grateful to her, and will definitely use Ellen when we're away in the future!
