Information Elle S. would like to know about your pet
A vax history report from your vet is required, with Bordatella is required within 6 months of a stay. Dogs must come with a flat collar and ID. A walking harness that clips in front is a good idea. Do they worry about vacuum cleaners, men in hats, truck noise, thunder, firecrackers? What music do they like? Would they have fun running errands? Does your dog need more friends? Maybe… Your best buddy will have a safe and loving 'Elle's Excellent Adventure' at my house! We can hang out, nap in the sun, stretch, run around and practice jumping, play with squeakies and balls, walk around the neighborhood, ride in the car, go to the barn or hike…whatever is your preference, and your dog's style. I'm a lifelong animal lover and caretaker, currently with a female LGX retired service dog as my assistant. I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog home alone, for the day or an overnight trip, and offer a dog centered approach to care. I use positive reinforcement in all interactions, only, praise and treats. If your dog has been subjected to aversive training methods (google that) or cannot walk politely on a 6 foot lead… probably not the best fit. Senior dog dementia care and medication management experience. Everyone gets filtered water, and boarders get their teeth brushed 😬🪥 Horses - I offer private barn sits and visits for hand walking, lunging/turnout/in, medication administration, supplemental feeding, blanketing, bandaging, etc
A typical day
We'll walk in the neighborhood, to the park, play a favorite game in the back yard, smell lots of new smells, work (mostly digging) in the garden, snooze by the fire, fetch balls & chew on toys & stuff, look into mirrors, play hide & seek. I have a stripped down agility course set up, sometimes they like to run that A Meet and Greet and current vax history record is required prior to booking.

This is what I do! boarding for dogs available anytime my calendar shows green. Puppy kindergarten classes and board & train pkgs available. My goal is to be flexible and minimize disruption to your pup’s routine, reduce stress & keep it fun! My friends are always supervised in the fenced back yard. Inside, they can hang with me, have their own space, be sectioned off or crated as they are comfortable Getting married in the mountains? I’ll wrangle them up to the site for pics & a little partying, them swoop them back for dinner at my house

Elle was so great with our timid shy dog! She respected his pace and could tell she really cared about making him feel as comfortable as possible. We are always nervous about leaving Murphy but felt confident he was in great hands! Elle knows so much about dogs and we will definitely use her again in the future- thanks so much Elle!
Elle was great! We did a meet and greet before my dog Zoe stayed with her. Elle is very experienced with dogs and has a dog of her own, which made me feel very comfortable. When we came back a few days later for Zoe’s stay, Zoe was very excited, and when I picked her up, she seemed excited to see me but also not excited to leave which is always a good sign. Elle provided updates on Zoe and she also was very accommodating when our flight back to Denver was delayed due to weather. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use Elle again in the future.
