Animals have always been at the center of my life. I grew up on a farm, caring for dogs, cats, goats, sheep, and chickens, so reading animal behavior, staying calm under pressure and knowing when somethings off comes naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve trained my own dogs, worked with rescue animals, and volunteered with KARE, where I help rehabilitate, both wild and domestic animals. That experience has taught me how to handle pets of all temperament and backgrounds, including those who were shy, anxious, or still learning the ropes. I personally cared for dogs, cats, ferrets, chinchillas, sugar, gliders, hedgehogs, snakes, fish, turtles, parrots, and a wide variety of reptiles, so chances are, I’ve worked with a pet like yours before! I bring patience and consistency to every interaction, whether it’s a quick drop in or a longer house sit. What sets me apart is that I don’t just love animals, I understand them. Your pet isn’t just a booking to me, they’re a living creature who deserves calm, attentive care from someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing.

when I’m in your home, my priority is keeping your pet safe and as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow your KARE instructions closely, do a quick safety check on arrival, and reach out immediately if anything seems off. You’ll get photo updates every visit so you can see your pet is happy and well cared for.

Elle recently house sat for us and took care of our whole council of cats, fed our fish, and even handled live cricket feeding for our bearded dragon without batting an eye. It was such a relief knowing I didn’t have to find separate people for each of our animals. Her wide range of experience means she can handle whatever we throw at her. We also just got chickens, and knowing Elle is local and available for the handful of trips I take each year is genuinely such a peace of mind. Highly recommend her to anyone with a multi-pet household!
Elle has been walking my senior pit-mix, Luna, every morning for a couple of weeks and it has genuinely been a game changer for our whole household. Luna lights up when Elle arrives and knows exactly what time to expect her, waiting at the door every morning. Since starting their walks, Luna is calmer, better behaved, and so much happier overall. Elle even taught Luna some new commands that my whole family now uses too. She is reliable, communicative, and clearly has a natural connection with animals. I couldn’t recommend her more.
