I’ve loved dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve had both small and large dogs (all rescues!) and one cat, and caring for them has always brought me joy. I helped care for my senior dog through lymphoma, so I understand the extra attention aging pets need. I’ve also looked after neighbors’ pets, including hunting dogs, and I’ve volunteered at animal shelters. My experience includes walking, feeding, brushing, bathing, playing, and even just curling up to nap with animals. Friends, family, and neighbors have always trusted me with their pets.

When walking dogs, I always go at their pace—whether it’s a short stroll or a longer adventure—and adjust based on your pet’s comfort and the weather. For check-ins, I make sure your pet feels safe and cared for by spending quality time with them, not just doing the basics. I’ll follow your instructions closely, whether that’s feeding, playtime, meds, or just giving them some love and attention while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities.

Ella is the most responsible and loving pet sitter we've had in a long time! She doesn't just go through the motions but spends quality time with the dogs and loves each like her own. I know that they are getting the same level of attention -if not more- that they do when we are all home with them. She's always the first person I ask to stay in our home with the dogs while we travel as it is the least stressful option for everyone. We definitely miss her when she's unavailable!

Schedule
I just graduated from the University of Iowa with a normal work schedule but I have an hour lunch break. I’m available on weekends and evenings during the week, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the care, attention, and love they deserve!
