I started doing rover after my dog passed in February 2025. It was so hard being without him, but getting to be with dogs through rover has been so so helpful! Over the past year, I’ve watched dogs of different breeds and ages and have loved getting to cuddle and play with them! Due to my last dog’s advanced age, I am very good at administering medication and also noticing any kind of sickness. I love to go hiking and if your dog is up to it, would love to take them with me. I used rover for my own dog and know how scary it can be to leave your dog. Safety is my top priority, followed by lots of exercise and love for your pets! And most importantly tons of pictures :)

I work from home and have a flexible schedule so I will provide your dog with constant love and attention, and will exercise them as much as they like. As a general policy, I do not let dogs under my care interact with other dogs. Even if your dog is great with other dogs, I can never be certain if the other dog might have a trigger, be aggressive, or have a contagious disease. Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I love to play games with dogs, take pictures and videos, and go for long walks with them and play fetch (if your dog likes that!) My dog loved to eat anything he could find on walks, so I am very vigilant about ensuring that they don’t eat anything that might hurt their tummy. Because of my last dog’s health issues, I learned about many signs of possible health issues. I used to leave my dog with rover sitters and know how scary it can be to be away from them. Your dog’s safety is my highest priority, followed by them having a good time and getting lots of attention :)

Ella stayed in our home for 6 nights with our 8year old bichpoo, Benny. She did a wonderful job following his feeding and walking schedule. She sent regular updates and pictures and was easy to communicate with! I liked that she worked from home some days so Benny got extra attention and she enjoyed having him on the bed with her at night. I would definitely recommend Ella and would love her to sit for us again anytime.
Ella took wonderful care of our dogs, Ollie and Rocco, for two weeks while we were away. We came home to a spotless house and two very happy, well-cared-for dogs. You could just tell they’d been getting so much love and attention the whole time we were gone. She sent updates and photos the whole time, which was such a relief. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable sitter.
Ella was absolutely wonderful with our senior pittie. She is kind and responsible and very easy to communicate with. She sent us lots of pictures and Elliott had a great time. We will certainly book Ella for another boarding next time we need a sitter. Thank you, Ella!
Ella was wonderful with Millie and sent lots of photos! Millie is dog-reactive and people-obsessed, so I’m very picky about who cares for her to make sure she feels secure and happy. I will absolutely ask Ella to care for Millie again!

Ella is everything you could hope for in a pet sitter, kind, patient, experienced, and completely reliable. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and takes joy in caring for them. She was wonderfully attentive to my senior dog, reading his body language to anticipate his needs and checking in with me through videos whenever something was uncertain. Because he struggles with separation anxiety, Ella generously adjusted her schedule to minimize the time he spent alone. That thoughtfulness gave me so much peace of mind and made it easier to enjoy my time away. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Schedule
I work hybrid at a job with very flexible hours (in person Tuesdays and Thursdays which is why I can only do shorter sits), so I can always take a break and exercise your dog. I will provide your dog with constant love and attention and as many walks and games of fetch as they could want!
