If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ella came to our home and met our 2 Spanish Galgos girls. We discussed their needs and schedule and it sounded like it would work great. First day, she left my dogs home alone for 10 1/2 hours. My dogs have NEVER been left alone that long. No food. No water. No outside. The gym took precedence over my dogs needs. Thankfully, another Rover sitter agreed to finish out the next 6 days. She went right to the house and both girls were fed, watered and got to play outside. She slept with both girls and had no issues at all. Ella is incredibly immature and lacks the sense of responsibility and nurturing needed to pet sit. I would never ever use her again.

We were in need of someone to care for our 2 dogs for a week in our home with less than two weeks notice. Ella responded right away and came to visit. We left our 2 fur babies in the care of Ella in our home for a week. Ella stayed true to the schedule that we agreed to. Ella stayed overnight to keep company with Molly and (Pixel ) Sammy. Molly needed several eye drops on a regular schedule, which she had done. Ella communicated if she had any questions and responded promptly if I needed to contact her. She sent a few pics but I think that a few more would be appreciated in the future. I would like to work with Ella again.

Ella had a big job with my Hungarian Vizsla puppy, 2 horses and 5 chickens! My home was immaculate, the pets well cared for and Ella text me with updates and positive remarks daily. I highly recommend this well qualified, young lady to manage your homestead while you are away!

Ella was wonderful! She was great with Loki and took great care of him, he loves her. She also helped out taking care of the guinea pigs. She was excellent with communication and kept me updated all the time. She took good care of the house while I was away. Will definitely be using her again. Thank you Ella for everything!
